Responsibilities

Have positive interactions and communication with all customers and suppliers

Manage multiple customer orders, associated tasks, and projects simultaneously and respond quickly to all customer requests

Take responsibility for the profitability of each of your individual customer order transactions (working in conjunction with Field Sales and Management when necessary)

Manage customers and suppliers with a positive attitude

Work to meet required customer ship dates

Take responsibility for the completion of your orders through the invoicing stage

Process orders and quotations on an accurate and timely

Provide quotation copies to field sales reps on a timely basis

Work closely with field sales to meet customer needs (quotations, pricing, project work, product research, expediting)

Keep customer cross-reference and customer contract pricing current
