Responsibilities
Planning and conversion for new hardware/software products
Maintaining, debugging, and configuring software products
Operating systems planning and evaluation for performance analysis, capacity planning, and hardware upgrades
Developing or modifying operating systems applications from specifications
Assisting with design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation
Interfacing with other support groups to resolve problems, set standards, and improve efficiency
Preparing product documentation and gathering customer requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience: 8+ years in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems/Technology)
COTS Maintenance: Hands-on experience with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product maintenance
Certification: Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
Clearance: Must possess an active Public trust Secret Clearance
4+ years of experience with application maintenance on UNIX/Linux/Windows servers
4+ years of solid experience in Azure IL5 GovCloud, including managing AKS environments using Azure CLI/Kubectl
3+ years of experience deploying Helm charts using ArgoCD
Experience with MongoDB and Microsoft SQL Server
2+ years of experience with DoD/DLA networks
Advanced technical knowledge in applications programming, including system design, updates, firewalls, storage, and retrieval methods
BS/BA degree in a relevant IT field OR 5 additional years of related experience
Preferred
Experience with eDiscovery tools (Exterro, Mystic, Veritone)
Experience with Docker containers
DoD 8570 Baseline Certification (IAT Level II)
DLA-approved Computing Environment certification
