Receptionist
Clark Hearing Inc is a privately-owned Audiology practice dedicated to providing exceptional hearing healthcare technology and patient experience. They are seeking an enthusiastic administrative receptionist to manage patient interactions and scheduling, ensuring a positive environment for patients.
Responsibilities
Patients scheduling and confirming appointments
Appointment Follow Ups
Insurance verifications & prior authorizations
Maintain patient records & manage patient charts
Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions
Other tasks as assigned
