This role focuses on building strong relationships, overseeing the OCIP portal, and placing new business while maintaining existing accounts.

Responsibilities
Market new and renewal business with Sales Executives
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, carriers, and internal teams
Support renewal strategies and attend client/carrier meetings
Prepare proposals and summaries in AMS360
Manage OCIP portal: enrollments, renewals, reporting, and updates
Maintain Insurance Cost Worksheets and follow up with contractors
Conduct OCIP training (in-person and via TEAMS)
Use independent judgment for coverage and servicing
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of insurance and OCIP for construction risks
Skilled in AMS360, OCIP portals, Microsoft Office, and carrier platforms
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional and collaborative attitude
Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License
Preferred
