Contracts Coordinator (Remote)
InfoTrust is a global consulting and solutions agency that specializes in digital analytics and privacy-centric solutions. The Contracts Coordinator will manage the daily contract lifecycle, from drafting to execution, while collaborating with various internal teams to support the sales process.

Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end workflow of designated contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and execution
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Finance) and external customers to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and other agreements
Ensure the consistent application of InfoTrust's policies and standard language across all contract types to mitigate risk
Contribute to clarifying and shortening the sales contracting process, and smoothing the onboarding for our customers and our sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract data in our CRM (Salesforce) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system -- We use IronClad
Assist the Contracts Specialist with projects related to process improvement, template management, and compliance initiatives
Qualification
Required
Experience in a contracts-focused role (e.g., paralegal, contracts administrator) or a formal legal education
Strong attention to detail and passion for helping the organization maintain and execute various contract frameworks, structure, and concepts
Experience with or knowledge of the digital analytics, digital media, or a related professional services industry
Proficient in the redlining and negotiation process, with the ability to balance business needs with risk mitigation
Strong business acumen, allowing you to balance the need for speed in the sales cycle with effective risk mitigation strategies
Highly organized, process-driven, and a self-starter who is adept at version control and managing multiple contracts simultaneously
Agile and flexible, with an ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment that includes both well-defined and ambiguous situations
Collaborative by nature, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time working hours
Preferred
Experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, such as Ironclad
