Director of CRM Architecture & Data Hygiene

They are seeking a Senior Manager of CRM & Data Hygiene to oversee the configuration, optimization, and governance of CRM systems, ensuring accurate and reliable customer data across the organization.
Responsibilities
Own and optimize HubSpot as the primary internal CRM, including pipeline design, workflows, automations, sequences, and user permissions
Conduct CRM implementations and cleanup initiatives for clients across tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Monday, and Freshworks
Maintain CRM documentation, governance rules, and audit processes to ensure consistent adoption and compliance
Establish and maintain rigorous data hygiene standards across all GTM systems
Create automated processes for deduplication, normalization, enrichment, and suppression of low-quality or risky data
Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to ensure accurate ICP tagging, segmentation, and funnel reporting
Oversee integrations between CRMs and our centralized data lake (Snowflake) and other operational systems (Maxio, Apollo, Aircall, Freshworks, etc.)
Ensure data flows accurately, consistently, and with proper schemas to support centralized reporting (Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
Work with Data Engineering to design data sync standards, entity relationships, ETL logic, and reconciliation practices
Serve as the internal SME on CRM best practices for Sales, Operations, CS, and onboarding teams
Support new business implementation teams on client CRM setups and lead-source integrations
Collaborate with our reporting team to define KPIs, funnel metrics, and data structures required for scalable dashboards
Lead CRM cleanup, migration, and consolidation initiatives across new acquisitions and business lines
Mentor analysts and CRM specialists within the RevOps organization
Drive roadmap planning for future CRM enhancements and RevOps tooling improvements
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of CRM administration experience (HubSpot required)
Strong background in database concepts, data governance frameworks, and data hygiene processes
Hands-on experience with ETL tools and modern data warehousing
Familiarity with marketing automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle automation
Experience architecting CRM workflows for sales cycles with high lead volume
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable CRM and data solutions
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally
Preferred
Salesforce or other CRM expertise strongly preferred
Snowflake preferred; BigQuery acceptable
Consulting or multi-CRM experience is a major plus
Bonus: familiarity with RevOps tools such as Maxio, Apollo.io, Aircall, Freshworks, Clay, and enrichment tools
