Business Manager - Costco Team
Acosta Group is seeking a Business Manager to manage a portfolio of leading brands at Costco Headquarters. This role focuses on driving go-to-market strategies, increasing sales and market share, and delivering profitable growth for clients and the company.
Responsibilities
Drive client goals for volume, share, and sales fundamentals (merchandising, assortment, pricing, shelving) while maximizing profitability and ROI
Serve as the primary point of contact for Costco HQ on client-specific initiatives
Develop and execute strategic plans to maintain and grow client business
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through fact-based selling
Deliver revenue goals on time and within budget
Create compelling selling stories using market insights and client priorities
Conduct formal business reviews with stakeholders throughout the year
Maintain accurate client/customer data including costing, KPIs, and distribution
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally and share best practices to drive organizational success
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in CPG sales, account management, or analytics
Proven track record in client sales with a food broker or major national company
Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to turn complex data into actionable solution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
