Responsibilities

Month-End Close: Record and reconcile key close areas, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Cash & Banking: Monitor daily cash, record fees and interest, and perform bank reconciliations
Receivables Management: Track employee and deal receivables, providing updates to senior management
Loan Accounting: Maintain owner and intercompany loan schedules, reconciling interest and payments
Audit & Compliance: Support year-end audits with documentation and ensure reporting compliance
Process Improvement: Maintain process documentation and assist with ad-hoc projects to enhance efficiency

Qualification

Accounting experienceAdvanced ExcelCPA certificationGeneral ledger systemsConfidential information managementTask prioritizationOrganizational abilitiesDetail-oriented

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting, with a strong preference for financial services audit experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Skilled in managing confidential information and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively

Preferred

CPA preferred
Proficiency in general ledger systems and financial reporting tools preferred
