Qualification
Required
2.5+ years' 360 experience in recruitment
Strong client-facing skills
Experience recruiting into professional sectors
Ability to manage a full 360 recruitment desk
Capability to develop new business and deepen existing client partnerships
Experience delivering retained and contingent recruitment solutions
Ability to act as a senior figure in the market
Influence future hires, processes, and direction as the office grows
Preferred
