Responsibilities
Lead integrated productions across broadcast, digital, social, and emerging tech, ensuring holistic brand consistency
Architect complex budgets of all levels and negotiate with vendors and talent to maximize production value on each production
Cultivate a global network of top-tier external partners at various price points, while strategically prioritizing internal production resources; make high-level "make vs. buy" decisions that elevate creative output while maximizing agency profitability
Partner with Creative Directors during the ideation phase to provide "production-first" thinking, ensuring concepts are both ambitious and feasible
Proactively identify potential production, legal, or budgetary bottlenecks and work with Business Affairs and production leadership to implement sophisticated contingency plans
Supervise and guide mid-level and junior producers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth
Help standardize and improve internal production workflows to increase efficiency across the department
Directing the production strategy for various project budgets including up to multi-million dollar integrated campaigns
Negotiating vendor, talent, and music contracts to provide maximum quality and value
Managing "triple-bid" processes as necessary, for high-end vendors and providing final recommendations
Providing on-set leadership as the senior agency representative, managing high-profile clients and talent
Partnering with Legal/Business Affairs to navigate complex compliance, insurance, and production laws
Overseeing the post-production pipeline for high-volume asset delivery, including CGI, global localization, and AI-driven workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
8–12+ years of agency experience, with a proven track record of delivering award-winning, large-scale campaigns
Demonstrated experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
Negotiation skills with vendors and talent unions (SAG-AFTRA, etc.)
Deep knowledge of the latest production technologies (Virtual Production, AI tools, internal production workflows)
High emotional intelligence; ability to maintain composure and lead through crises in high-pressure environments
Strong understanding of agency profitability, client procurement processes, and cost-consultant management
