They are seeking experienced virtual instructors to teach their Patient Care Technician (PCT) program, providing support and guidance to students from certification to job placement.

Responsibilities

Teach highly-engaging live classes over Zoom, 2 mornings or evenings per week

Grade student projects and provide feedback as necessary

Engage with students daily via email and SMS, inspiring them and guiding them through graduation

Join weekly meetings to receive guidance and direction from the internal team at Stepful

Provide ongoing support, trouble-shoot issues, prepare and plan for future modules, as needed

Patient Care Technician CertificationExperience teaching PCT coursesBachelor's DegreeDigital teaching toolsStellar communication skillsDiverse students

Required

Experience teaching Patient Care Technician (PCT) courses online, with knowledge of course development, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising

Patient Care Technician (PCT) Certification

Bachelor's Degree

Experience with digital tools for teaching, teaching in either online or blended/hybrid formats

Experience teaching students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Stellar writing and communication skills

Ability to work 10 hours per week per class taught
