Administrative Assistant - Investment Management
Daley And Associates, LLC is a top-tier investment management firm seeking an Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders. The role involves managing logistics, scheduling, coordinating meetings, overseeing event planning, and handling vendor management.
Responsibilities
Develop PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and coordinate agendas across U.S. and international teams
Conduct weekly planning sessions with senior leaders to optimize schedules for meetings, strategic discussions, travel, and conferences
Coordinate with the AV team to ensure seamless execution of internal and vendor-hosted events
Collaborate across teams to streamline meeting logistics and gather post-meeting feedback
Prepare and distribute departmental reports, including project status updates
Facilitate onboarding for new hires and internal transfers, including equipment setup and coordination
Manage expense processing for department leaders, ensuring compliance with company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
2–3+ years of administrative experience, preferably within investment management or financial services
Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and work independently or collaboratively
Capable of handling multiple priorities and adapting to shifting demands
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
