Responsibilities
Develops plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducting the interview process and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire
Manages and implements new strategies for candidate communication, including the scheduling of interviews and answering of candidate questions
Builds a pipeline or network of targeted talent pools by representing the organization at employment fairs, on-campus recruiting activities, etc
Partakes in ranking process of candidates with hiring manager after interviews are conducted
Manages job listings on internal and external sites
Counsels hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization
