Responsibilities

Handle a wide range of repairs, from plumbing and electrical work to HVAC and appliance maintenance. Complete make-readies for incoming residents

Ensure the property looks its best by completing painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies with confidence and efficiency. Be able to work a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies

Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape

Work with the property management team to prioritize repairs and plan for larger projects

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns quickly and professionally
