Responsibilities

Support the full lifecycle of CLO warehouse and issuance activity

Own operational execution across warehouse setup, leveraged loan trade capture and settlement, CLO closings, post-issuance cashflows, reconciliations, and ongoing lifecycle events

Work closely with front office, risk, trustees, collateral administrators, agents, and external counsel to support new deal launches, portfolio activity, and complex transactions such as refinancings and resets

Build scalable, well-controlled processes and improve workflows through automation and process design
