The intern will collaborate with various teams to execute marketing projects and develop assets that drive client engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Independently lead one client-direct campaign, from planning to execution and reporting

Assist in developing customer case studies and marketing assets that showcase Encore’s value and impact

Support customer events and industry relations activities in partnership with the IR team

Partner with Sales teams (GSO, production sales, field sales) and the Industry Relations team to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Work with the integrated marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns and brand initiatives

Contribute to the development and implementation of brand campaign, ensuring messaging aligns with Encore’s positioning

Track and report on campaign metrics and project outcomes

Support brand campaign performance analysis, providing insights to improve future initiatives

Assist in developing performance dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders
