New Grad, Entry LevelBell Partners Inc is dedicated to creating value and honoring commitments to their residents and associates. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the community clubhouse and amenities, as well as cleaning vacated units to prepare them for leasing and move-in.

Responsibilities
Properly adhere to all Bell Properties policies and procedures
Inspect and clean common areas, daily before 9 am
Inspect and clean offices
Ensure that amenities are continually maintained in a clean and orderly manner
Be in uniform standard and wear a name tag while on the job
Clean vacated apartments as directed by the maintenance supervisor
Regular attendance and punctuality
Qualification
Required
Understanding of and alignment with Bell Core Values
High School degree or equivalent
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs
Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials
Must be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects
