Converge Marketing is seeking a Paid Media Specialist who will play a critical role in driving client success through expertly executed paid media strategies. The role involves managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms, focusing on lead generation and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

Plan, activate and optimize campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic platforms
Manage end-to-end campaign execution: audience targeting, keyword research, bid strategies, pacing, and budget management to maximize ROI
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement
Stay current with platform updates, trends, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate with account, creative, and analytics teams to deliver integrated strategies and exceptional client service
Support new business efforts with channel expertise, media planning, and pitching when required

Required

MUST HAVE recent, hands-on experience activating and optimizing campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels
Strong background in lead generation and performance marketing
Proficiency in major platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Reddit Ads Manager, additional social buying platforms, additional search buying platforms, and leading programmatic buying tools i.e. The Trade Desk or others
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and conversion tracking
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Authorization to work in the USA

Preferred

Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic platforms are a plus
Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic certifications preferred
3–5 years of direct, hands-on experience in Search, Social, and Programmatic campaign management
Agency experience strongly preferred
Home Services, Healthcare, and Insurance industry experience a plus
