Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial landscape sector
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Manage territory effectively to maximize sales potential and achieve targets
Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored solutions for clients
Utilize upselling techniques to enhance service offerings and increase revenue
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in business development or outside sales (B2B services preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (Healthcare Facilities, Schools & Universities, Office Complexes & Businesses, Senior Living Communities, Apartments, Hospitality, Retail Centers, and Churches, etc.)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and events
Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and client consultations to develop custom solutions
Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to develop proposals and pricing
Present and negotiate service agreements to close new business
Maintain CRM records and report on sales activity and forecasting
Represent Caramanico with professionalism and integrity at industry events and trade shows
Preferred
Experience in commercial landscaping, facilities services, or property management industries
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Horticulture, or related field
