Responsibilities

Leave of Absence Administration: Manage and process LOAs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Data Analytics: Support the HR team by analyzing HR data to provide insights and reports that inform decision-making. This includes maintaining HR metrics and dashboards
Administrative Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing HR transactions, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
HR Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, and assist in communicating these to employees
Project Support: Collaborate with HR Business Partners on various HR projects and initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency

Required

Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management
Ability to identify issues and develop solutions proactively
Previous experience in an HR generalist or HR support role is beneficial

Preferred

Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools is preferred
