The HR Operations Specialist will support the HR team by managing day-to-day HR tasks, providing data analytics support, and assisting with leave of absence administration and other administrative duties to enhance team efficiency.

Responsibilities

Leave of Absence Administration: Manage and process LOAs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Data Analytics: Support the HR team by analyzing HR data to provide insights and reports that inform decision-making. This includes maintaining HR metrics and dashboards

Administrative Support: Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing HR transactions, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes

HR Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, and assist in communicating these to employees

Project Support: Collaborate with HR Business Partners on various HR projects and initiatives to improve employee experience and operational efficiency
