Responsibilities
Persistently search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
Ability to professionally carry out phone and video conversations
Organizational skills to record client and applicant files in the system for updating and tracking
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring goals to ensure client satisfaction
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure their staffing needs are met
Taking initiative to assist with any other projects or functions within a fast-paced work environment
Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
Manage the process from interview through offer stage
Be prepared to make 75-100 Sales & Recruiting Calls a day
Qualification
Required
Have Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
At least 1 year of B2B Sales Experience
Be ambitious and motivated to achieve results
Display a strong interest in business development and sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline driven
Proficient organizational skills to help with applicant tracking systems, such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEz, Microsoft Office
Interest in cold calling
