Account Manager – State Farm Agent Team Member
Responsibilities
Engage with customers via phone, email, or in-person to promote and sell company products or services
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to maximize sales opportunities
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally and promptly
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and sales initiatives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers
Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role preferred
Bachelor's degree is a plus
