The role involves supporting the Personal Injury Shareholder team by managing a high-volume caseload and providing assistance in litigation matters.

Responsibilities
Draft legal memoranda, motions, and other litigation documents
Prepare, organize, and manage legal complaints and related case materials
Conduct e-filing in PA courts and ensure all filings are accurate and timely
Support case management for personal injury litigation matters
Provide direct assistance to Attorney Shareholders and collaborate closely with the litigation team
Qualification
Required
Background as a sophisticated Litigation Paralegal or PA-licensed Litigation Attorney
Prior litigation experience in personal injury matters on the plaintiff or defense
Strong drafting, legal writing, and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite in Hamilton, NJ, Monday-Friday
Highly motivated, able to step in quickly, and operate with minimal supervision
Preferred
Familiarity with PA e-filing systems preferred
