The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Cisco network infrastructure while leading initiatives related to Software Defined Access (SDA) and TrustSec in a complex IT environment.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support enterprise Cisco network infrastructure
Lead and support SDA and TrustSec initiatives (full lifecycle implementation experience preferred)
Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of:
Cisco routers and switches
Network security and access technologies
Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of LAN/WAN environments
Ensure network performance, reliability, scalability, and security
Collaborate with internal IT teams to support enterprise initiatives

Required

10+ years of experience as a Senior Network Engineer
Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and enterprise networking technologies
Proven experience working in large enterprise environments (5,000–15,000+ nodes)
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Software Defined Access (SDA)
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco TrustSec
Ability to operate independently in a senior-level role
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Healthcare industry experience
Full lifecycle SDA / TrustSec implementation experience
