Responsibilities
Provide desktop, laptop, and Mac support (deployment, configuration, troubleshooting)
Support peripherals including printers, docks, scanners, and monitors
Monitor incident queues and take ownership of support tickets
Maintain accurate ticket documentation and resolution notes
Ensure device compliance and health (SCCM, updates, OS/application issues)
Troubleshoot Active Directory, GPO, and domain-related issues
Collaborate with SCCM, Security, AD, and IT Service Desk teams
Escalate issues as needed and provide documentation to other teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years of desktop support experience in large enterprise environments (1,000+ devices)
3+ years deploying PCs and supporting end users
3+ years building and maintaining PC images
3+ years experience with Active Directory and GPO troubleshooting
3+ years installing, configuring, and repairing PC hardware
3+ years experience with Windows security, disk encryption, and antivirus tools
2+ years experience supporting devices remotely (SCCM Remote, RDP, ARD)
2+ years supporting Microsoft Office 365
1+ year experience integrating macOS systems into Active Directory
Must meet all security, health, and safety requirements of the PEMA facility
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
PowerShell and VBS scripting
SCCM Configuration Manager reporting and queries
SCCM OSD Task Sequences
MDT / MDOP experience
Microsoft certifications
