Responsibilities

Draft, file, and argue substantive motions in state and other forums
Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Manage all phases of discovery, including document production and review using e-discovery platforms
Prepare witnesses for hearings, trials, and arbitrations
Participate in trials, arbitrations, and evidentiary hearings
Negotiate settlements and assist in achieving favorable client resolutions
