Responsibilities
Administer and manage libraries, and workflows to support organizational needs
Collaborate with IT teams and end-users to gather information and translate technical details into clear, concise documentation
Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with company standards
Develop and maintain a wide range of technical documentation including user guides, API documentation, system requirements, and troubleshooting manuals
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly Work closely with cross-functional teams including gathering information and review documentation
Continuously improving documentation processes and standards to enhance quality and efficiency
Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines
Qualification
Required
Previous experience working at is required, technical writing experience previously working, preferably within the Technology, Marketing, and Products (TMP) Organization
Extensive experience writing working in customer-facing product documentation, release notes and System Documentation for Privacy Software Products, writing roles with keen attention to detail
Ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable content
Familiarity with Java and/or other languages used to create/build APIs
Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams, products, and leadership
BA/BS degree in computer science, technical writing, physics, mathematics, chemistry, or equivalent experience preferred associates at minimum
5+ years of experience in writing, technical documentation, and developer outreach for a developer audience
2+ years' experience with a programming language, such as Java, Python, or other Objective Oriented programming languages, etc
Experience writing, proofreading, and editing technical documentation as well as
The ability to produce and organize content with a clear flow
Experience with authoring tools such as XML, HTML, Markdown, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experience programming, using the command line, trying out user interfaces, and working with prototype software or hardware in test environments
Strong collaboration skills to partner with engineering stakeholders and customers to identify key customer scenarios and questions to prioritize content
Proven ability to write across a spectrum of content types from deeply technical docs and scenarios to blogs and presentations
Superb English writing and editing skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
