Lead/StaffTitan Flood is transforming the flood insurance industry through cutting edge technology and exceptional service. As the Director of Business Intelligence & Operations, you'll be responsible for building operational infrastructure, managing data integrity, and overseeing technology vendor relationships to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities
Build Intelligence: Create Power BI dashboards and business intelligence reporting for internal decision-making, board presentations, and reinsurance partners
Drive Data Quality: Own data integrity, reconciliation, and validation across systems and vendor integrations
Deliver Reporting: Produce bordereaux, reinsurance reports, surplus lines reports, investor materials, and board-ready analytics on time, every time
Own Operations: Manage automated surplus lines filings, compliance tracking, and regulatory documentation across all states
Manage Data/Technology Vendors: Serve as primary point of accountability for vendor relationships, own deliverables, SLAs, and escalations to ensure partners execute on time and to spec
Scale Infrastructure: Build operational KPIs, SOPs, and processes that support hypergrowth
Move Fast: Execute in uncertain situations where speed and accuracy both matter
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Risk Management, Finance or related field
Expert in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization; comfortable with APIs and system integrations
Proven experience managing third-party data/technology vendors, and driving results
Understanding (or quick to learn) surplus lines, compliance filings, and reinsurance reporting requirements
Experience building reporting frameworks for multiple stakeholders, executives, boards, and external partners
Prior experience in fast paced, high growth startup environments where you write your own to do list and execute with entrepreneurial spirit
Build Titan through hands on execution, rapid iteration, and shared accountability, no task is beneath you
