Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, serving as the primary point of contact to support product adoption, address inquiries, and resolve issues

Coordinate and deliver contractor training programs, including organizing sessions, reinforcing best practices, and providing follow-up support

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a consistent and effective contractor engagement strategy

Develop, update, and support training materials to align with new product innovations and evolving industry standards

Manage contractor certification programs, recognizing advanced training completion and promoting contractor expertise within the industry

Gather, document, and communicate contractor feedback, market insights, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement

Maintain accurate records, reporting (standard and ad hoc), and documentation related to contractor interactions, training, and agreements

Required

Proficient in general office functions with strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to quickly learn new systems
