Client Services Lead - Corporate Retirement
SCS is a company focused on enhancing client services in the corporate retirement sector. The Client Services Lead is responsible for leading advanced client support activities, developing client service policies, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while overseeing client data management and administrative support.

Responsibilities
Lead the execution of advanced client support activities, setting a high standard for the advisory team in client data management, paperwork preparation, and ongoing administrative support
Develop and refine client service policies and procedures, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to industry standards
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, offering exceptional service, and resolving issues swiftly to maintain and enhance client satisfaction
Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, managing scheduling, and document preparation to facilitate productive and engaging discussions
Lead the client onboarding process, providing a smooth and welcoming experience that sets the tone for long-term client relationships
Assist with compliance requirements, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of regulatory obligations to ensure departmental adherence; extensive knowledge with ERISA and TPA service providers
Provide essential training and guidance to both new and existing team members on best practices, software applications, and operational procedures, enhancing team capabilities and service quality
Oversee the management and maintenance of client records within CRM software, experience utilizing Salesforce preferred, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Manage the end-to-end paperwork workflow, from initiation to completion, guarantee timely processing and enhance client satisfaction
Ability to meet with Employer Committees
Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers, collaborate with plan sponsors and advisors on plan design and other administrative aspects

Qualification
Required

Ability to design and implement practical training
Outstanding customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and proven ability to quickly learn other software applications as needed
Interpersonal skills, notable attention to detail, outstanding time management, and organizational skills
Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred
At least five years of administrative experience in financial services
At least 3-5 years in 401(k) administration and/or recordkeeping
Designation or accreditation: QKA or APA (preferred)
Core Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon-Fri. (possible 1 flex day per week)
Computer Use: Analyzing data, software, and reports
Deadline-Driven: Occasional extended hours
Professional Attire: Business dress code
