Responsibilities

Support Commercial Relationship Managers with day-to-day portfolio management, including loan documentation, customer inquiries, and account maintenance

Coordinate the preparation, review, and processing of commercial loan documents and supporting materials such as credit reports, flood certifications, and UCC filings

Monitor and track loan activity, including financial reporting, covenant compliance, and expiring credit lines

Assist with risk rating assessments and pipeline updates

Maintain accurate loan records by organizing, scanning, and reviewing post-settlement documentation

Serve as a primary point of contact for business clients, responding to inquiries and providing appropriate product recommendations

Participate in customer service and sales activities, including joint client calls and cross-selling of bank products and services

Collaborate across departments to ensure timely issue resolution and a high-quality client experience

Handle customer transactions such as wire transfers, disbursements, account transfers, and loan payments

Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and applicable banking regulations

Perform other duties as assigned to support department goals and operations
