Draft and review pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents
Advocate for clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations
Provide thoughtful, practical advice while keeping clients informed and supported
Manage your cases with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school and active license with the South Carolina State Bar
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A client-first mindset and the ability to bring both compassion and strength to your advocacy
Preferred
Prior family law experience preferred, but will consider those with excellent academic credentials
