Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to a recruiting team supporting investment, wealth management, and core corporate functions
Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized roles across investment and corporate areas
Guide the development of sourcing strategies and market-mapping efforts for critical talent needs
Lead early-career hiring programs, including internship and campus initiatives
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience across all stages of the hiring process
Promote excellence in recruiting operations, including data integrity, process improvement, and compliance
Collaborate across HR and leadership teams to support broader talent initiatives
Monitor market trends and bring forward insights to enhance talent acquisition practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a MUST-HAVE background in wealth management and recruitment for investment and corporate functions
Proven success managing and developing high-performing recruiting teams
Strong track record partnering with senior executives and influencing hiring decisions at the leadership level
Expertise in proactive sourcing and engaging senior, niche, and investment-focused talent
Solid understanding of recruiting operations, data analytics, systems, and process governance
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and continuous improvement
Comfort with adopting new technologies
