Responsibilities

Deliver customized one-on-one and small-group training sessions on core legal technology platforms, including NetDocuments, 3E, and RocketProforma
Design, develop, and maintain engaging training programs and materials that drive technology adoption and user proficiency
Create polished, professional training collateral and internal communications to support system implementations and ongoing learning initiatives
Leverage Microsoft SharePoint as the firm’s centralized learning hub to organize, maintain, and distribute training content
Partner with stakeholders across departments to support change management efforts, ensuring consistent engagement and clear communication
Provide comprehensive onboarding support for new hires, introducing firm systems, workflows, and best practices
Track training participation, monitor learner progress, follow up on milestones, and proactively address issues as needed
Adapt training approaches with agility and professionalism to accommodate diverse learning styles and evolving business needs
Demonstrate strong time management, responsiveness, and follow-through across all responsibilities and communications

Required

10+ years of experience in a professional training environment, preferably within legal, consulting, or professional services
Proven success designing and delivering impactful training programs across multiple user groups
Required hands-on experience with NetDocuments, 3E, and RocketProforma
Demonstrated ability to lead effective one-on-one and small-group training for attorneys, paralegals, administrative, operations, and finance professionals
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, approachable, and professional presence
Strong understanding of adult learning principles with the ability to tailor training methods accordingly
Experience using SharePoint and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to organize and deliver content
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high level of accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through
