Responsibilities
Build relationships with luxury retailers and store associates to curate a strong daily selection of products for customers
Host engaging live shopping events and create short, high-quality shoppable videos showcasing products
Develop a loyal clientele on our platform, similar to an influencer, through consistent engagement and excellent customer service via the app
Meet or exceed event sales goals as directed by ShopThing
Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries (pre and post events) through chat via the app
Develop long lasting relationships with sales associates and customers that lead to an increase in sales
Create and manage your shopping schedule, with regards to what retailers to visit and length of time spent at each location
Meet quality standards for video content, product selection, and customer experience as outlined by our team
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when capturing product information for fulfillment
Coordinate with the fulfillment and operations teams to ensure accurate orders and smooth processing
Qualification
Required
Strong passion for shopping, fashion, luxury goods, and current trends
Comfortable on camera with an engaging on-screen presence
Solid knowledge of luxury brands and products
Ability to travel frequently outside of the New York Metropolitan area
iPhone required (our platform operates primarily on iOS)
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as desired
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up environment
Preferred
Experience in retail, sales, fashion, entertainment, or influencing is a plus
