Recruitment Coordinator - HCM Senior Analyst
The Ohio Department of Veterans Services (ODVS) aims to provide opportunities and resources for the veteran community. They are seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support their Human Resources Team by developing recruitment plans and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and applicants.

Responsibilities
Focuses on recruiting for our direct care positions (STNA/CNA, LPN, RN)
Manages ODVS Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, OhioMeansJob, and other hiring platform accounts
Establishes & maintains relationships with schools, programs & businesses that educate, certify, graduate &/or license CNAs, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) &/or Registered Nurses (RNs)
Schedules classroom visits with students to discuss employment opportunities; attends external job fairs/hiring events at high schools, colleges, career technical education centers, nursing schools, etc
Responsible for managing the overall operations of succession planning initiatives, leading teams to assess talent needs & participating in the development of training programs for potential successors
Qualification
Required
3 yrs. exp. in human resources
Completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration; 12 mos. exp. in human resources
1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Analyst, 64612
Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above
