Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and catering team to drive performance and exceed goals
Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies and increase market share
Manage the hotel's brand identity as well as programming and activations
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
