They are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy and implement behavior intervention plans for children with autism and related developmental disorders.

Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients
Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes
Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data-driven decision-making
Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed
Provide therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics
Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid RBT certification
BLS is required. Can not be regular CPR, must be Basic Live Support course
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Experience working with individuals in various settings
Passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders
