Responsibilities
Significant time spent “in the field” to develop and nurture relationships. This is NOT a remote or work from home position
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in parking, transportation, and mobility sectors
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic growth
Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, municipalities, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses
Track and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and performance metrics
Build and maintain strong relationships within key industry associations to enhance brand visibility, identify partnership opportunities, and stay informed on market trends
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate representation at key industry events
Additional related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
+ 2–4 years of experience in parking, transportation, or mobility industries strongly preferred
+ Proven ability to build relationships
+ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
+ Self-starter with a passion for growth and innovation
+ Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal supervision
+ Ability to develop sales strategies, value/benefit analysis and return on investment analysis
+ Ability to seek improvement and create an environment of idea sharing and creative problem solving
+ Ability to be approachable and facilitate coaching conversations with employees and managers
+ Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to mitigate and lead others to overcome challenges (Never Ever Give Up Attitude)
+ Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
+ Excellent public speaking skills
+ Ability to network and cement client relationships
+ Ability to work independently and multi-task
+ Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization
+ Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices
+ Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds
Ability to stand and walk for a duration of 1-2 hours at a time
Ability to travel within the United States
Preferred
+ Sales experience a plus but not required
+ Familiarity with Office 365 Suite, Salesforce and sales reporting systems a plus
Bachelor's Degree business, Marketing, or related field preferred
