Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and security experts to create user-centric designs for IAM applications
Develop responsive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces using modern front-end technologies
Translate wireframes and prototypes into functional UI components
Optimize user journeys for complex IAM processes such as authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards in UI design
Stay updated on UX/UI trends and IAM industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in UX/UI design and front-end development
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular
Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Strong grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and security experts to create user-centric designs for IAM applications
Develop responsive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces using modern front-end technologies
Translate wireframes and prototypes into functional UI components
Optimize user journeys for complex IAM processes such as authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards in UI design
Stay updated on UX/UI trends and IAM industry best practices
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and security
Preferred
Experience in secure design principles
Familiarity with API integration and backend collaboration
Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals
Experience working with the Ping Identity or ForgeRock stack
