Responsibilities

Good understanding of financial products like US Domestic Equities, Global Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, MBS, SWAPS etc
Good knowledge of reconciliation, reporting, Trade Settlements lifecycle, corporate actions and Accruals
Candidate should have basic knowledge of different types of tax, Tax code, Tax lot, Date of Death, Beneficiary, Inheritance etc
Basic understanding of Upstream process, downstream of process of Asset transfer process is required
Should know the stock in’s & out’s (Free Receipt/Delivery) process and be able to connect with counterparties effectively
Understanding around business transitions and required documentation will have added advantage
Experience of posting transactions on accounting & custody book for exception resolution is required
Good knowledge of MS Excel is required
Experience of applications like Global Plus, AddVantage, Trust Desk & Intellimatch applications would have added advantage
Candidate should have exposure around audits (internal and external) and strong understanding around Risk and Control framework
Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts and should be capable of handling Queries and Issues

Required

Relevant work experience in an Associate role is desirable
Previous experience in a middle/back office in financial services firm is required
Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)
