Leverage our proven business development infrastructure, including dedicated lead generation support, to engage with potential clients and nurture real relationships
Generate commissions tied to revenues produced
Work with a highly talented execution team and network of top-tier executives and management consultants
Become an internal thought partner and proactively look for ways to improve and scale our business
Systematically grow key accounts
Qualification
Required
3+ years relevant sales/recruiting experience
Experience in a B2B business development role, selling into C-Suite and senior-level leadership
A track record of meeting or exceeding individual targets
Proactive, results-focused and data-driven mindset
Authorized to work in the US
Preferred
Experience placing senior-level talent in contract/interim positions
Senior-level, full-desk recruitment experience
Preference for candidates who can regularly commute to ECA's NY office (in midtown Manhattan), or the CA office (in Santa Monica)
