Responsibilities

Act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems

Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes

Collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and java

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into test cases

Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify bugs and performance issues

Maintain and enhance the automation framework for scalability and reusability

Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Document test results, log defects, and track them to closure using tools like JIRA Or other test management tools

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment

Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to QA best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

4 years of Information Technology experience

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Addison, TX/ Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to one of these areas

This position may require travel in the US and Canada

At least 4 years of software testing experience
