Responsibilities
Provides strategic oversight and leadership across the Bank's core operational functions, including marketing and communications, IT/IS, project management, operations, the customer care center, customer service, and facilities
Partners with other executive leadership to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a seamless experience for both customers and employees
Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills by holding teams accountable for results, fostering a culture of discipline, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals as outlined in the Traction framework
Demonstrated understanding of retail, business, and commercial banking products, operations, marketing, project management, facilities, and IT
Ability to read, interpret, and analyze procedures, legal documents, or financial reports with the highest degree of complexity
Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
8 years of bank experience
5 years of managing experience
Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills by holding teams accountable for results
Fostering a culture of discipline
Ensuring alignment with organizational goals as outlined in the Traction framework
Demonstrated understanding of retail, business, and commercial banking products, operations, marketing, project management, facilities, and IT
Ability to read, interpret, and analyze procedures, legal documents, or financial reports with the highest degree of complexity
Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills
