Responsibilities
Develop and maintain copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, triggers, entities, system prompts, and fallback logic
Build complex workflows using Power Automate, integrating copilots with Dataverse, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and external systems
Implement generative AI features using Azure OpenAI, including prompt engineering, grounding with enterprise data, and managing AI responses responsibly
Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, webhooks, and Azure Logic Apps
Extend copilots with backend services and data sources (SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint, Graph API, third-party platforms)
Perform debugging, testing, performance tuning, and versioning of bot solutions
Implement security controls including authentication, authorization, data access rules, DLP policies, and environment governance
Package and deploy solutions across environments using ALM best practices
Collaborate with architects and consultants to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs
Create technical documentation, code standards, and reusable components for internal IP and accelerators
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents)
Advanced development experience in Power Platform: Power Automate (complex flows, expressions, error handling, connectors), Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles, business rules), Power Apps (canvas/model-driven apps)
Experience integrating with Dynamics 365 modules and/or Microsoft 365 workloads
Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and system integrations
Working knowledge of Azure services, particularly: Azure OpenAI, Logic Apps
Strong understanding of conversational design, intent handling, prompt structuring, and AI response optimization
Familiarity with ALM, source control, and environment management in Power Platform
Preferred
Prior experience in a Microsoft Partner or consulting firm
Knowledge of LLM architecture, prompt engineering techniques, and AI grounding strategies
Experience with custom connectors, plugins, or low-code + pro-code hybrid solutions
Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, AI-102, AZ-204, etc.)
Experience with compliance-driven environments (finance, healthcare, government)
