Responsibilities
Perform Consolidation and Financial Accounting related to producing the financial statements
Provide quality and timely accounting and support services to entire family of companies
Manage consolidation of financials for the parent company's financials
Manage corporate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes and requirements; internal and external
Manage financial accounting processes: draft and record journal entries, trial balance management, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation and related protocols, subsidiary ledger maintenance, fixed assets, accruals and prepaid balances, bank reconciliations, financial report analysis
Work with operations department heads to ensure that all operational activity has appropriately been identified and reflected in financial statements
Provide audit prep support to dept Director
Qualification
Required
CPA required
Public accounting audit experience a plus, including writing footnotes
5+ years' experience: consolidations, compilations, eliminations, putting financials together
Strong accounting research experience
External report writing experience of any kind
