Responsibilities

Test Development: Design and update Functional Requirements and Test Cases (FRTCs) for PACS and new authenticators, including PIV-Derived Credentials and PKI-based tools

Testing Execution: Conduct various testing types such as technical conformance, functional, interoperability, and security testing to validate system compliance

Tool Development: Create and manage lifecycle of testing tools like Card Conformance Tool (CCT) and Certificate Profile Conformance Tool (CPCT), contributing to open-source projects under GSA guidelines

Process Evaluation: Assess and improve evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with FIPS 201 standards

Documentation: Develop and maintain program documents, including FAQs, CONOPs, and contribute to government websites

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with federal agencies and vendors to address testing needs and provide technical support

Knowledge of federal smart card evaluation
