Responsibilities
Be our go-to person for campus recruiting in Texas
Show up and stand out at career fairs, campus events, and info sessions
Screen resumes, interview candidates, and help match talent to the right roles
Build strong connections with universities and student organizations
Assist with experienced hire logistics (think scheduling, greeting, and making interviews smooth)
Support culture-driven events and firm-wide initiatives that make work fun and meaningful
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in HR or related field = bonus points
1+ year of experience in recruiting or a related field preferred (but transferable skills count!)
Social media savvy and comfortable with LinkedIn and networking
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Knowledge of hiring best practices and compliance is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-starter with great people skills and a proactive mindset
Flexible schedule – some evenings/weekends for events
Willing to travel up to 25%, including to our Fort Worth office
