Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service by interacting with clients to deeply understand their unique insurance needs
Assist with managing personal lines policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and tailored to the client
Promptly and accurately address client inquiries and resolve policy-related issues
Maintain meticulous records for all client interactions and policy modifications
Nurture strong, long-term relationships to foster client loyalty
Work closely with the rest of the MLL team to ensure a seamless client experience and share insights for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Active P&C License: You must currently hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license
Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working specifically within the insurance industry is required
