They are seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to lead financial planning and analytics, build a high-performing team, and partner with the CFO and executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the FP&A function, building a high-caliber team and best-in-class processes
Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and strategic modeling
Partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership on key business decisions and growth initiatives
Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership, Board members, and PE stakeholders
Develop and maintain complex financial models supporting revenue growth, pricing strategy, and investment decisions
Drive KPI development, performance tracking, and variance analysis across the organization
Support M&A activity, integration planning, and value creation initiatives
Improve financial rigor, analytics, and forecasting accuracy across a large-scale business

Required

Prior Investment Banking experience
7 to 8+ years of FP&A experience, including leading and developing teams
Experience operating within a sizeable, complex business environment
Strong strategic finance skill set with the ability to operate at both detailed and executive levels
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making
Experience presenting to Boards and working with private equity sponsors

Preferred

Experience supporting a large exit or liquidity event
SaaS and online marketplace experience
Deep experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Pricing and packaging strategy experience
